Hong Kong Hardcore Island Ride
さ～今週末また香港島1週が開催、、、
ロードバイクでもキツイルートをピストでチャレンジ、、、
前回は終了後1週間筋肉痛、、、だったので今回はどうなることやら、、、
興味ある方は是非チャレンジしてみてください！！！
Once again it's on...
The Hong Kong island loop is back this weekend...
This route is definitely tough for road bikes too but we will try it with fixed gear again...
Last time my body was in pain for about a week afterwards...
So I am not sure what will happen next time...
Though if you are keen to try it, give it a go!!!
