Kowloon Safe Ride #1
昨日Kowloon Safe Ride行ってきました。
最近全然チャリ乗ってないので案の定今日は筋肉痛、、、
でも久しぶりに乗って楽しかったしかなり大人数のライドはやはり面白い。
次回も参加しなきゃ、、、
Went to Kowloon Safe Ride yesterday.
It's been a while since I last rode and of course my body was sore today...
Although it was fun to get on the bike again and it's mad fun to ride with lots of people.
Gotta hit up the next ride too...

Monocle HK | Monocle香港
香港にMonocleのショップができたのでチェックしてきました。
かなり良い物件でカワイイ店です。
Monocle opened its Hong Kong shop so we went to peep it.
It is a super cool site and a cute little shop.
そしてその近所にあるKapokと隣のビンテージショップもチェック、、、
だんだん面白い店が出てきてる感じ、、、
Star Street盛り上がってるな～、、、
Also there is Kapok around the corner and the vintage store next door is dope too...
Feels like this area is coming to life...
Star Street is definitely getting its shine on...

adidas ObyO KZK x Luker By Neighborhood Launch Party
先週ドシャ降りのなかadidas ObyO Kazuki Kuraishi x Luker By Neighborhoodローンチパーティー行ってきました。
いや～スゴイ雨でどうなるのかなって思っていたら結構ひとが来ていて驚き、、、
新しいコレクションはかなり良いかも、、、
ウィンドブレーカーが特に好きだったな、、、
最近パーティーが多くて楽しいです。笑
でも室内でのシューティングにちょっと苦戦、、、
うまく写真が撮れない、、、
In the super heavy rain and thunder storm, we popped over to the launch party of adidas Originals by Originals Kazuki Kuraishi x Luker By Neighborhood.
Wasn't too sure on what to expect since the weather was hectic but there were loads of people at the party...
The new collection looks pretty dope actually and the windbreakers were on point...
Lately there seem to be lots of parties so its fun. Ha
However I am having a little problem with indoor shots...
Can't seem to take nice photos...

Well it wasn't really an accident...
Anyways an Osaka native skater, Takashi Maekawa who will only use his skateboard to travel from Hokkaido (northern Japan) to Kyushu (southern Japan)...
It will be a tough one but it does look fun so far.

The highlight of the Uffie live wasn't herself but SO-ME!!!
Got his autograph too... Big ups SO-ME! + Uffie... hahaha
その足でKSの展示会へ、、、
かなりいい感じで盛り上がっていて大成功！
Above Secondでやってるのでチェキラ～、、、
Big ups KS！！！
Then we headed over to KS's exhibition...
It was mad crowded and looks to be a success!

Uganda has been called one of the worst places on earth to be a child. In the South, children face the threat of poverty and disease. In the North, these threats are enflamed by a brutal, mindless war inflicted by the Lord’s Resistance Army (L.R.A.) that has divided families, displaced millions, and led to the abduction and mutilation of tens of thousands of children resulting in the deterioration of identity and culture.
Bouncing Cats is the inspiring story of one man’s attempt to create a better life for the children of
Uganda using the unlikely tool of hip-hop with a focus on b-boy culture and breakdance. In 2006, Abraham “Abramz” Tekya, a Ugandan b-boy and A.I.D.S. orphan created Breakdance Project Uganda (B.P.U.). The dream was to establish a free workshop that would empower, rehabilitate and heal the community by teaching youth about b-boy culture. Based in Kampala, Uganda, B.P.U. has recently expanded to include permanent classes in Gulu, Northern Uganda. Abramz teaches classes three times a week to more than 300 kids from all parts of the country. Many of the children are homeless, victims of war and poverty, and few can afford proper schooling yet they walk from miles away to attend the B.P.U. classes. As Abramz says, “This is where many people’s pride is. It’s a skill that no one can take away from us.”
Crazy Legs, one of the founding members of the seminal Rock Steady Crew visited Uganda after receiving an invitation from Abramz to teach b-boy classes. What he discovered upon his arrival was both heartbreaking and inspiring. Traveling throughout Uganda, from the southern slums to the war-torn North, Crazy Legs encountered a passion for hip-hop and desire to learn amongst the most squalid conditions.
Bouncing Cats follows Abramz, Crazy Legs, and Breakdance Project Uganda on a journey to use hip-hop culture for positive social change. The film features narration by Common and interviews with Mos Def, Will-I-Am, and K’Naan.
