Me & My Bike Photo Shoot

イタリア人の写真家(名前忘れちゃった！)のプロジェクトMe ＆ My Bikeを香港でシューティングので香港のピストライダー少数が集まりフォトシュート。どんな風に出来上がるのか楽しみ！前回の写真集も見せてもらったけどドープ、、、そのあと久しぶりのCyberportへライディング。ヒルクライムは簡単になってきたかも、、、

An Italian photographer (forgot his name!) came to Hong Kong to do some shoots for his Me & My Bike project... So few of the riders got together for the photo shoot. Lookin forward to seeing how it turns out! Saw the previous works and they looked dope... Then afterwards, we headed for Cyberport which we hadn't been for some time. Felt like the hill climb is not as hard now...

でもなんかグラフィティをすごい犯罪みたいな言い方をしてる警察もどうかと思う。もっとすごい犯罪あるんじゃない？グラフィティは殺人じゃないんだからさ、、、知らないうちに我々の周りが企業の広告スペースになってるのもどうかと思うけど、、、グラフィティの方がピュアでストレートだと思う。企業の方が犯罪を起こしてるのでは？金払えば良い訳なの？世の中ちょっと狂ってるんじゃない、、、いや全然狂ってる、、、

Found something interesting on UKAdapta! A film by photographer by the name of Keegan Gibbs. A graffiti documentary called Piece of Mind. Check the trailer if it interests you...

However what caught my ears was how the police is making graffiti out to be some sort of epidemic. There must be more serious crimes they need to fight. Graffiti is not murder... Also turning our public space into corporate advertising space is something that I can't understand too... I mean at least graffiti is pure and straight forward. Perhaps the corporations are committing some crimes too. Is it just about who can pay the money? Society has gone a little mad... Definitely gone mad...

香港のクリエイティブを全面的にプロモートするフリー雑誌GalleriFOURがローンチ！このマガジンはフリーなくせに市販の雑誌よりクオリティーが高く3000コピーとリミテッドエディション。香港ではあっという間に無くなったしまうそう、、、たぶんローンチパーティーに1000人ちかく来てたんじゃないかな？HPでも内容が確認できるからデザイナー・アーティスト・写真家などまあクリエイティブ系の人は是非チェックしてほしいな。

Galleri is a free magazine in Hong Kong which showcases talents from the creative industry and their fourth issue has just launched! This magazine is, sadly, much better quality than many of the magazines sold in the market and limited to 3000 copies. It's no surprise these disappear real quick in Hong Kong... There must have been about 1000 people in attendence at the launch party? You can check the details on the website, so if you are a designer, artist, photographer or in the creative industry please check it out.
