Sneak cops...

Hong Kong was an amazin place to shop BUT I was disappointed in the sneaker selection...
Well actually I didn't hit any underground hidden spots... maybe that is why....
But it seemed to me that sneaker selection was not that great...

I hit up Mong Kok for the sneaker street treat but it was pretty lame... same models in like virtually all stores... and Nike, Adidas and NB were dominatin the stores. I thought maybe they had the same distro???

Tsim Sha Tsui/TST (Kowloon side) and Causeway Bay (Hong Kong island side) is pretty neat with good stores but again... the selection is not wide enough... The outlet near the airport/cable cars (oops forgot the name of the place...) had some nice outlets for Nike, Adidas and New Balance.

Copped this black Supreme AF1 at Nike outlet for cheap... also copped the brown colorway too.

Copped this grey and neon green NB 574, this was copped for super cheap (AUS$50) in NB store in Times Square...

I'm lookin forward to checkin out some more hidden stores next time I am there...

Temple and buddhas...

What's an Asian trip without a visit to temples
and chillin with buddhas...

So I did the tourist thing and went to see the biggest bronze buddha in Hong Kong.
Also the temple next door had some nice statues and details...

Sham Shui Po is the way to go!

Yo for all you wannabe fashion designers

and that includes me.... hahahaha
If you ever get down to Hong Kong make sure you visit this place on the Kowloon side called Sham Shui Po aka the fabric district!

This place is crazy and filled with fabric, buttons, zips, etc, etc
Anything that is something to make anything into something!
Get it? Good...

The streets are filled with samples after samples...
Just so you get the idea, I took 2 days to check out 2 streets and there are over 20 streets!!!
And I filled up my backpack full twice...
which I will reveal later on....

Another handy hint is if you ever go there get off at Prince Edward MTR station on exit C2 and walk across few streets and you will be in the edge of the fabric district.
If you go by Sham Shui Po station then you will be lost like a mother f*cker.... cos I was!!!

Also don't pick up too much samples cos they are become super heavy and hard to fly back with...
